How The Strong Start Program Works

Doctor-led coaching, not rep-counting.

  • We evaluate, build a custom program tailored to your specific goals, and check in every 1–2 weeks to fine-tune form and progress, so you get expert oversight without overpaying for unnecessary sessions.

    1. Phase 1 – Assess & Jump-Start

      2 × 50-min visits with a Doctor of Physical Therapy to uncover goals, injuries, and develop an ideal starting program.

    2. Phase 2 – Personalized Program

      We build 4-week training blocks you run on your own (home or gym). Phone and email support between visits.

    3. Phase 3 – Progress Check-Ins

      One 50-min coaching session every 1–2 weeks to refine technique, progress loads, and reach your goals.

    4. Typical Investment

      Most clients invest $280–$420 for their first month (2-4 sessions), then $140–$280/month (1-2 sessions) for ongoing check-ins and program progressions/modifications.
