  • We help people get out of pain, move better, and live their fullest lives. Physical therapy can take many different forms, but it generally involves a blend of manual, hands-on therapy, and targeted exercise to help the body heal, remodel, and thrive. We also offer dry needling and cupping to target muscle and joint related pain.

    Every session and plan of care is individualized to your specific condition and your particular goals.

  • For those who are looking to go beyond rehabilitation and want to optimize their health, we provide comprehensive training programs for motivated individuals looking to reach their peak. Training programs offer a comprehensive solution for those looking to maximize strength, cardiovascular health, independence, and longevity.

    As physical therapists, we are comfortable working with people with a broad range of medical backgrounds. In fact, it is common that those who start physical therapy with Summit decide to continue via personal training once their course of therapy is over.

    All sessions are 55 minutes long and are $115/session.

    We also offer 2:1 personal training as a way to work out with a friend, have an accountability partner, and share your journey towards peak health, all at a lower price point.

    • Initial session: $100 each

    • Follow-up sessions:
      $70 each, purchased at the beginning of each month based on your desired frequency.

  • For those looking for a remote option, hybrid coaching is an excellent option for the highly motivated and independent individual looking for assistance with programming and coaching.

    Hybrid coaching is available for $300/month and includes:

    • a 1.5 hour in-person or remote assessment

    • monthly exercise programming that fits your schedule and equipment availability

    • regular contact via email / text as questions arise.
