  • Coach With Clinical Expertise: Because we come from a physical therapy & performance background, we understand not just fitness but human movement, injury risk, and building a body geared towards longevity.

What Does Weight Loss Coaching entail?

Fees: $325/month

Service: Two 1-on-1 (50-minute) training/coaching sessions (exercise + nutrition)

  • Customized training program built around your goals

  • Personalized macro guidance and meal planning review

  • Weekly lifestyle tracking

  • Metric check-ins (weight, lean body mass, habit-formation, etc.)

  • Optional body composition tracking (at no extra cost)

  • Ongoing support via email/text between sessions

  • No long-term commitments. Every program with Summit is month to month.
